The Finished Product
The 420-square foot home does a lot with a little. “It was just amazing that they were able to fit a full bedroom and an entire kitchen in the space”, noted Jorge. The ADU is laid out perfectly for a new tenant to live comfortably. Initially, Jorge was concerned about having adequate storage in such a small space — in the long term, his sister intends to move into the ADU, and wanted to ensure that she would have enough storage space.
